The window to make a change to an order is only 1 hour after the order is submitted. However, to change an order it has to be CANCELED WITHIN THAT HOUR WINDOW, then edited and resubmitted.
If you notice that you have made a mistake or need to make a change after you have completed checkout and submitted your order, you will need to cancel your entire order in order to change it.
All orders enter the production process immediately after you complete the checkout process to ensure a speedy turnaround time. For that reason, all projects in the order are locked and no changes are allowed by the customer or by Zno. Please understand that Zno, or any Zno Representative, CANNOT edit or CHANGE an order at any time.
To cancel an order, click "Cancel" under actions on My Orders at zno.com. (To learn about the status of your order refund, please visit this page.) You have a window of 1 hour after completing checkout which order cancellations are allowed. If your order has already entered printing or been shipped, your order cannot be canceled and the cancel button will not be available under actions.
After you have made the change, please submit a new order.
Important: To edit a project that you have already added to your cart, you will need to find the project here: https://www.zno.com/my-projects.html, click Continue, and Clone the project, which you can do on the top menu when you are back in the editor. This creates an exact copy of your project.
A project remains locked after it was submitted to order even if the order is canceled, so the copy will need to be made if you have changes you would like to make at this step.
If your order contains multiple items, your entire order will still need to be canceled. We do not allow cancellations of only one item in the order at this time.
