Once an order is submitted to us, we cannot make changes to it on our end. We cannot add new items, change the quantity, or cancel an item in the order. If you forgot to include something such as a box or if you would like to add another item, you have two options. You will either need to place a new order containing what item(s) you forgot, or (if you are within the 1 hour window of your ordering time) you can cancel your order, add everything to your cart including the missed items, and place your order again.
