Reports made to the Support team over the phone will not be accepted. Pictures are required to demonstrate the issue.
In your email, please include:
1) Name on the account
2) Order number
3) Project ID (listed on My Projects page), name of your project and product
4) Describe the issue. Please include pictures of the product you received that demonstrates the issue.
- If your product is damaged, please send pictures to show damage to the product and of the product's packaging.
- If it is an issue with printing, color, etc, please take pictures to show the problem or show comparison shots of what is correct and wrong. If the issue is with the color, please also include a explanation of how the color is incorrect -- for example: too light, too dark, too red, too saturated, or not saturated enough.
Pictures are required in order for the support team to review and compare what was ordered and what was made. If it was an issue as a result of manufacturing or packaging, we will order a reprint of your project as originally submitted to be made and shipped to you. A new reprint will not be ordered without pictures.
