On your My Projects page, you can find all projects that you created on the Zno.com website. This page will also show all projects that you have ordered previously. This includes any projects across the site: photobook, prints, wall art, etc. Here, your project's options will vary depending if your project has been ordered or not.
You can also view your previous orders by themselves on the My Orders page.
You can also find your projects by going to our website zno.com, hovering over your account across the top and clicking My Projects:
(It is worth noting, the Zno.com website is best used on a computer and not a mobile device such as phone or tablet. Not all features will be available if accessing zno.com on a mobile device. Projects cannot be made or viewed on a mobile device.)
On the My Projects page, If your project has been previously ordered, you may:
- View: To open the project in Zno Designer to review or approve/submit (if requested).
- Reorder: To add this project to the shopping cart.
- Order Parent Book: This option is available to Flush Mount Albums, Fine Art Albums, Layflat Photobooks, and Slim Photobooks only. This adds a parent book copy of this album to the shopping cart.
- Share: Get preview links to share with client/family/friends for them to see the project.
On the My Projects page, If your project has NOT been previously ordered, you may:
- 1) Continue: To open the project in Zno Designer to continue designing your project.
- 2) Order: To add this project to the shopping cart.
- 3) Delete: To permanently delete a project. (Once a project is deleted, it cannot be restored.)
- 4) Share: Get preview links to share with client/family/friends for them to see the project.
Previous Versions (not available):
Please keep in mind, previous versions of projects are not saved. When you click 'Save,' it saves your current design only. If you require different versions of your project, we suggest using the 'Clone' feature to save your project under a new project name before making any changes. We are unable to recover and restore previous versions of your project. We are unable to recover and restore deleted projects.
