All Zno products are custom made and are not returnable nor exchangeable. If you are unhappy with the product you received or if it was delivered damaged or defective, please contact Zno Support.

Reprint and Refund Policy
For a reprint or refund of your product, please email support@zno.com. Reports made to the support team over the phone will not start the process because photos demonstrating the issue are required.
In your email, please include:
1) Email/name on the Zno account
2) Order number
3) Name of your project or product
4) Describe the issue. Please include pictures of the product you received that demonstrates the issue.
-If your product is damaged, please take a picture to show the damage.
-Else, please take a picture to demonstrate the issue to explain why you are unhappy with what you received.
After your email and pictures demonstrating the issue are received, the support team will review to compare what was ordered and what was made. After review, the support team will work with you to determine the best course to reprint or to refund based on the degree of issue or damage.
