All orders are produced and shipped from Zno’s print lab in Shanghai, China.
International orders and those with Priority Shipping are shipped directly from the print lab in Shanghai, China. Zno’s shipping partners include, but are not limited to: DHL, DPEX, SF Express, Aramex, UPS, or FedEx. Customers cannot select or change the shipping method of their order. The method is selected by Zno based on the best method for that order’s ship-to address and included products.
Standard Shipping orders are bulk shipped to a local distribution center and then passed to a local shipping partner for final delivery. The order status will reflect "In Production" until the local shipping partner processes the shipment.
The Shipping Date is an estimation. It is not a guarantee. All our products are custom made and some products require additional time. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.
All orders will receive a tracking number from the shipping partner. Once the shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking number to update as it can take some time for the shipping carrier to process the shipment.
