If you need to reset your password, please click here: Zno - Forgot Password and enter the email address your account is under. Then click Submit.
You will then receive an email with a temporary password.
Click the link to zno.com, then copy and paste your temporary password into the password field.
Please make sure there are no spaces in the beginning or end of the password when you copy and paste it. Then click Log In.
To permanently change your password after you have logged in, click here and click the Change button next to Password.
In this screen, please copy and paste your temporary password into the Old Password field.
