Our software locks an album design after you click the Proof button to ensure that your client is looking at the most recent version of the design.
This means that the design cannot be changed until your customer approves it.
However, you may need to change or order a design without a client's approval due to extenuating circumstances. A work around is to Clone the album and then make changes to the cloned project.
