The Proof Function in our software is a simple, easy way to get your client’s feedback on the album design you created for them.
After you have created your design, just click Proof across the top of the project.
Then you can either copy the unbranded link or fill in your client’s email address to send the email in the interface. You can also password protect the design.
Please note that once you click Proof, you cannot make any changes to the design once you send it to your client.
Once your client receives the link, they can Add Comments and then Send the Comments. You will then receive an email alerting you that the album has been commented on.
Please note: the album design cannot be changed after you click Proof until your client approves the design. A work around for this – if needed – is to Clone the project. For more information on how to Clone a project, click here.
