Billing Cycle
Your credit card will automatically be charged $100USD every year on the anniversary of the date of signup to Pro Benefits Plus. To see when your next payment date is please, visit your My Pro Benefits page.
Payment Method
We only accept credit card payments for Pro Benefits Plus. In the event a payment was declined due to errors such as expired credit card or if a new credit card was issued to customer, the payment processing system may automatically update your credit card information.
Our payment processing system works with credit card networks such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover to automatically attempt to update saved credit cards as long as the account information remains the same. Following any updates, you authorize Zno to continue to charge payment to continue your Pro Benefits Plus subscription. No other forms of payment such as PayPal or Zno store credit are accepted to pay for a Pro Benefits Plus subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro Benefits Plus membership anytime. To request cancellation of your Pro Benefits Plus, please email support@zno.com.
No Refunds
Your Pro Benefits Plus payments are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be provided for cancellation.
Changes to Pro Benefits Plus
We reserve the right to update the Pro Benefits Plus subscription or update subscription price at any time. Any changes to your Pro Benefits Plus subscription will take effect after you are notified by email.
