A: Pro Benefits Plus is a loyalty program designed for professional photographers who want bigger savings throughout the year.
It provides a minimum of 30% off all orders to jumpstart their savings. Pro Benefits Plus also includes 5 coupons for 70% off studio samples (no limit to how many studio samples per order). In addition, a 40% off the annual subscription to every tier of the Show & Sell Suite which include Zno Gallery, Zno Website and Zno Manager. All this are for just $100USD per year.
Q: Is Pro Benefits Plus required to order from Zno?
A: Ordering from Zno is free! Pro Benefits and Pro Benefits Plus are for professional photographers to enjoy additional savings and exclusive perks.
Q: What is the requirement to join Pro Benefits Plus?
A: Pro Benefits Plus is for professional photographers only. Apply to the Pro Benefits program and then join Pro Benefits Plus at an annual $100USD fee. This annual fee is non-refundable and Pro Benefits Plus will automatically renew every year until you cancel.
Q: How much is it to join Pro Benefits Plus? And when will I be charged?
A: At time of signup to Pro Benefits Plus, you will be required to enter your credit card for the $100USD fee to join Pro Benefits Plus. This payment allows you to enjoy all the perks of Pro Benefits Plus for 12 consecutive months. Then on the same date the following year, you will be automatically renewed for another 12 months. To stop automatic renewal, you need to cancel your Pro Benefits Plus before the renewal date. To learn when your renewal date is, visit your My Pro Benefits page.
Q: How do I cancel my Pro Benefits Plus?
A: You can cancel your Pro Benefits Plus anytime. The $100USD annual fee is not refundable. To cancel your Pro Benefits Plus, please contact support@zno.com.

Q: How many studio samples can I order at 70% off with Pro Benefits Plus?
A: Pro Benefits Plus members receive 5 coupons at 70% off every 12 months to use towards studio samples. Each coupon can be applied to an order with as many studio samples as you like. There is no maximum number of samples you can order. Once your 5 coupons are used, your studio sample discount will default to 50% off. No additional coupons at 70% off studio samples will be issued.
Q: What is the Show & Sell Suite?
A: In addition to being a professional print lab, Zno is also a software company offering a range of software services. The Show & Sell Suite is a bundle of 3 software services including Zno Gallery (online photo gallery), Zno Website (website builder) and Zno Manager (CRM). A separate subscription to Show & Sell Suite is required to use these software services.
Q: Am I required to sign up to Show & Sell Suite if I join Pro Benefits Plus?
A: No, a subscription to Show & Sell Suite is not required.
Q: What is the discount to Show & Sell Suite if I join Pro Benefits Plus?
A: Pro Benefits Plus members will enjoy 40% off the annual subscription price to any of the Show & Sell Suite plans. This discount is valid on every 12 months of their Show & Sell Suite annual subscription as long as they are a valid Pro Benefits Plus member.
Q: What happens to my Show & Sell Suite subscription if I cancel my Pro Benefits Plus membership?
A: Show & Sell Suite is a separate subscription to Pro Benefits Plus. If you cancel your Pro Benefits Plus subscription, it will not affect your Show & Sell Suite subscription but you will not receive the 40% off discount when your Show & Sell subscription renews.
Q: If I cancel my Show & Sell Suite subscription, will it cancel my Pro Benefits Plus subscription?
A: No, canceling your Show & Sell Suite subscription will not cancel your Pro Benefits Plus membership.
