Q: What is the Pro Plan?
A: The Zno Pro Plan is a free professional photographer loyalty program. The program gives discounts on each order, 50% off samples and more! It is our way to give back to the Professional Photographers and offer something more. Here are the benefits to joining the Zno Pro Plan.
1) Product Discounts: A discount of from 25%-35% off is automatically applied at checkout when you place orders. The more you spend, the more you save!
2) Custom make your own studio samples at 50% off such as Flush Mount Albums, Fine Art Album, Album Set Collection, or Prints Set Collection.
3) 50% Off Material Swatch Box and $5 Standard Sample Pack
4) Request Drop Shipping service to ship directly to your client without Zno packaging material.
Q: Is the Pro Plan required to submit an order?
A: No, you do not need to be a Pro Plan member to order from Zno.
Q: What is the requirement to join the Pro Plan?
A: The Pro Plan is FREE! There is no cost to join, but this program is for professional photographers only. You need to apply and provide your studio email address, phone number and link to your website or portfolio. The Zno team will review your application within 2 business days and notify you via email if your application was approved or rejected. To apply, please visit the Pro Plan page and submit your Pro Plan application.
Q: How does the product discount work if I am a Pro Plan member?
A: If your application was approved to be a Pro Plan member, you are automatically qualified to start at 25% off your order at checkout. No coupon code is needed. Only one discount may be applied to an order. As a Pro Plan member, you are not eligible to apply any promotional discounts and combine discounts.
There are three levels of product discount. Your discount will be calculated based on your order spend in the last 90 days.
25% Off: When your order spend is $0USD to $999.99USD within 90 days
30% Off: When your order spend is $1000USD to $1999.99USD within 90 days
35% Off: When your order spend is $2000.00+USD within 90 days
Order spend is calculated based on your order total excluding any studio sample products or sample materials and any store credit applied, shipping and tax. Zno reserves the right to audit and adjust discounts based on your order spend.
Here is an example of your product discount and order spend is calculated.
You are a brand new customer and am a Pro Plan member. You submit your first order on 01/10/24 for 2 albums totaling $500 original price. As a Pro Plan member, you would automatically get 25% off and a discount of $125.00 would apply and you pay $375 plus shipping and tax. Your order spend = $375.00.
Then on 01/24/24, a second order is placed for 4 albums totaling $1000 original price. Your product discount will still be at 25% because your order spend is $375.00. So your discount is $250.00 and you pay $750.00 plus shipping and tax. Your order spend is now at $375 + $750 = $1125.
Then on 02/24/24, you place your third order for 2 albums again at $500 original price. This time your discount is 30% off because your order spend is at $1125. You would get $150.00 off and pay $350.00 plus shipping and tax. Your order spend is now $1125 + $350 = $1475.
Next, you take a break and did not submit any order for a few months. Your next order is on 08/01/24 for 2 albums again at $500 original price. Even though you order spend was $1475 on 02/24/24, it has been more than 90 days. Your order spend is now back at $0 and your product discount level is back at 25%, As a result, your discount is at 25% for a saving of $125 and you pay $375 plus shipping and tax for this order.
Q: How many custom made samples can I order?
A: There is no limit to the number of custom made samples you can order.
A: No, custom made sample books is a benefit we now strictly offer to Pro Plan members only.
Q: I joined the Pro Plan before 10/30/23 and am in a paid subscription. Can I join this free Pro Plan?
A: Yes, we recommend all professional photographers who are currently in the (old) Pro Plan to apply to this free Pro Plan. All (old) Pro Plan subscriptions will be cancelled and all automatic renewal will stop on April 1, 2024. So we recommend all professional photographers to apply to the free Pro Plan before this time. By joining the free Pro Plan, no refund will be made for your last Pro Plan payment. Instead, a prorated store credit will be added to your account for your remaining subscription period. For example, if a $60 payment was made on 01/01/24 and your cancellation date is 04/01/24, then a $45.00 store credit will be added to account for the 9 months remaining time period. Any Pro Plan store credit will remain for use until their expiration date.
