There is not a way to copy or move pages from one album to another. A workaround is to open the original design in one browser window and then use it as a reference while working on the other album in another browser window while toggling back and forth.
Or you could save the layouts you created from one album and then drag and drop your images into the blank boxes in that layout. For more information on saving custom layouts, click here.
