If you are experiencing issues with a video not uploading to Zno’s Allure Video Album box, please try uploading the attached file to your box as a test.
If this file plays on your Allure Video album box, please review your original file and make sure it follows these parameters:
- The video resolution must be 720x480
- You can check the resolution by going into file info or properties after right clicking on the file. These numbers must be exactly 720x480 for the file to load.
- If you have the 7" Screen, the file must be smaller than 2GB.
- If you have the 10" Screen, the file must be smaller than 4GB.
Then, please confirm that you have followed these steps to upload your file:
- Connect the video module to a computer (Mac or PC) by using the included USB cable.
- After the USB cable is plugged into your computer, a flash drive icon will appear on the desktop (Mac) or a dialog box may appear (PC). If it doesn’t, open “My Computer” and select the flash drive.
- Copy the video file (.mp4/.avi/.rmvb/.mov/.mpg) into the Video folder.
- Copy photos (.jpg) into the Photo folder.
- Copy the music file (.mp3/.wma) into the Music folder.
If the video does not play, please follow these instructions:
- Connect the video box to a power source and charge for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then check whether it can turn on.
- Try using a different type A USB cable to see if your computer is able to recognize the device.
