Yes, you can change the orientation of the frame inside our software during design. We will install the hardware on the back to hang the frame based on its orientation.
But after you receive the frame, you cannot hang the frame a different orientation. For example, if you order a frame in landscape orientation, you will need to hang it in landscape mode. You cannot change it to hang in portrait mode.
