Covid-19 Order Delay
Update May 27, 2022:
The production lab has reopened with full staff now. We have already begun to process orders and ship them out. We have prepared a special operation plan to handle all delayed orders along with new incoming orders. We estimate all delayed orders will be completed in June. Please bear with us as we work diligently to ensure all orders are processed as soon as we are able to. We simply cannot thank you enough for your patience and support.

Update May 23, 2022:
Our production lab was granted permission to reopen. A small number of workers were allowed to return to work as we ramp up our production. We estimate we will return to full production in two weeks. We will be operating at maximum capacity to ensure all orders are fulfilled as soon as we can. We ask for your patience a little longer and with deepest gratitude, we thank you for your support during this time.

The city of Shanghai, China was put into a government imposed lockdown in April. This lockdown requires our production lab to be closed during this time. We are currently preparing for a return to open in 1-2 weeks. All orders will be fulfilled as quickly as possible once we can reopen. Your order is important to us and we sincerely apologize for the delay. We ask for your understanding and support during this difficult time.
