Zno supports pricing and payment in forty different currencies. The supported countries/regions:
- United States
- Hong Kong
- New Zealand
- Puerto Rico
- Saudi Arabia
- South Korea
- United Arab Emirates
- United Kingdom
By default, all existing Zno customers are assigned to the USD currency.
We do not update our product pricing based on the daily exchange rates. All product prices are fixed in that country's currency.
If you would like to update your pricing and payment in your Zno account to in your country's local currency (e.g., CAD, AUD, etc) email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the email address your Zno is under and the country's currency you would like your transactions to be in. Please allow 5-7 days for your account to be updated. We are only able to change your currency one time.
Updating to your country's local currency will not affect any saved information in your account -- such as saved or ordered projects, or payment information. All previously submitted orders will not be updated to reflect your currency change.
For Maker Plan Members:
If you are subscribed to the Maker Plan, changing your currency to anything other than USD will CANCEL your Maker Plan subscription. Any existing Maker Plan store credit you have will be converted to your country's new currency exchange rate at the time of currency assignment change.
The Maker Plan is no longer available to new subscribers. It is a benefit to existing customers only. The Maker Plan is not available in foreign currency and once your membership is canceled, you will NOT be able to subscribe to the Maker Plan again. If you do not wish to cancel your Maker Plan membership, do not change your account to your local currency.
Pro Plan Members:
If you are subscribed to the Pro Plan, you will be charged your annual subscription fee renewal in USD. If you change to your local currency, you will see pricing and order payments in your local currency. Also, any existing Pro Plan store credit be converted to your country's new currency exchange rate at the time of currency assignment change. Any Pro Plan store credit rebate earned for your order will be in your local currency.
