First, add your Flush Mount Album to the shopping cart. Then add-on items will be shown and there will be a "Add Parent Book" button. Click it to add a parent book to your cart.
If you already ordered your Flush Mount Album on a previous order, you can directly add a parent book to your shopping cart from My Projects page. Find your Flush Mount Album, and to the right will be a link "Order Parent Book". Click it to add a parent book to your cart.
