All orders are printed and made from our print lab in Shanghai, China.
For Priority Shipping orders and international orders, we ship directly from our print lab in Shanghai, China, to you. Our shipping partners include but are not limited to TNT, DHL, eDHL, SF Express, Aramex, UPS, or FedEx. You cannot select or change the shipping partner. It is designated based on your ship to address.
For Standard Shipping orders, your order is bulk shipped to a local distribution center and then it will be passed to a local shipping partner for final delivery. Your order status will reflect "In Production" until the local shipping partner processes shipment.
The date is an estimated delivery date. It is not a guarantee of delivery. All products are custom made and some products require additional time. A shipping notification email with a tracking number will be emailed when the shipping label has been created for your order.
All orders will include a tracking number for you to track its delivery date by the shipping partner. You will receive a shipping notification email when the shipping label for your order is created. Inside, the shipping partner and its tracking number will be listed. Please allow 1-2 days for the shipping carrier to process shipment before the information is reflected on their website. Zno does not track order delivery to ensure order is delivered by estimated delivery window.
We are not responsible for any delays as a result of customs, or shipping carrier process (such as weather/mechanical delays, package marked as undeliverable, address issues, etc). We do not collect nor are we responsible for VAT, but we are responsible for custom duties. If customs duties are required to collect your order, please email support@znoc.om a picture of your paid customs duties receipt and we will refund your customs payment.
Zno is not liable for any lost revenue caused by transit delays as a result of customs, or shipping carrier process (such as but not limited to weather/mechanical delays, package marked as undeliverable, address issues, etc).
If your order is shipped via UPS SurePost or UPS Mail Innovations Expedited, UPS will transfer the package(s) to USPS for delivery. Use your tracking number to track the order on first UPS and then USPS websites for details.
Zno does not track order delivery to ensure order is delivered by estimated delivery window. If the shipping company has not delivered your order as reported on their website, please email Zno (support@zno.com) with your order number and expected delivery date so that Zno may open an investigation with shipping company. Please note Zno will need to wait for investigation findings with shipping company before any action will be taken. Investigations typically take 2 weeks to conclude.
If shipping company website reflects partial delivery, please contact the shipping company for delivery details for balance as shipping company is in possession of the remaining order.
