For Priority Shipping orders and international orders, we ship directly from our manufacturing facility in Shanghai, China. Our shipping partners include but are not limited to TNT, DHL, eDHL, SF Express, UPS, or FedEx. You cannot select or change the shipping partner. It is designated based on your ship to address.
For Standard Shipping orders in the United States, your order is bulk shipped to our distribution center in Texas and then it will be passed to UPS or USPS for delivery.
All orders will include a tracking number for you to track its delivery date by the shipping partner. You will receive a shipping notification email when your order is shipped. Inside, the shipping partner and its tracking number will be listed.
We are not responsible for any delays as a result of customs, or carrier process (such as weather/mechanical delays, package marked as undeliverable, address issues, etc). We do not collect nor are we responsible for VAT, or custom duties.
If your order is shipped via UPS SurePost or UPS Mail Innovations Expedited, UPS will transfer the package(s) to USPS for delivery. Tracking information will not be available on USPS website until UPS completes transfer which may take at least 3 business days. Please check UPS website with your tracking number for details.
