To change a shipping address within 12 hours of submitting an order, please edit the shipping address on the My Orders page (To locate My Orders, please go to Zno.com, log in and hover over My Stuff at the top left hand side of the screen). Please note that if more than 12 hours have passed since placing the order, you will need to email us at support@zno.com.
Please click on the Modify Shipping Address link to enter your new shipping address. The updated address will be displayed on the Order Details page.
If the Modify Shipping Address link is grayed out and cannot be clicked, please send an email to support@zno.com with the order number and the new shipping address.
We cannot update an order to change from Standard Shipping to Priority Shipping if more than one hour has passed since the order was submitted.
For orders with Standard Shipping, the order status may say "In Production." However, in some cases this order has already been bulk shipped to our distribution center and the shipping address cannot be updated. Order status does not reflect bulk shipment status. In this instance, please wait until you receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. Then please contact the carrier directly to change the address.
If the package has been marked "undeliverable" and returned to Zno, we will require an updated shipping address before reshipping.
If an order is "In Production" in the My Orders page and has not been bulk shipped to our distribution center, we will be able to update the shipping address.
If the order status is "Shipped," the shipping address cannot be changed.
