If you need to change your shipping address after you submitted your order, you can edit your shipping address yourself on your My Orders page if it is within 12 hours of submission. Please click on the Modify Shipping Address link to enter your new shipping address. The updated address will be displayed on the order details page.
Shipping method such as changing from Standard Shipping to Priority Shipping cannot be changed after 1 hour of order submission.
If the Modify Shipping Address link is greyed out and cannot be clicked, please send an email to support@zno.com. We will check your order status and see if the address can still be updated. In the email, remember to include your order number, and the new shipping address.
For Standard shipping orders, if your order status reflects 'In Production' but has bulk shipped to our distribution center, we can no longer change your shipping address. Order status will not reflect bulk shipment status. You will need to wait for your shipping notification email and use the tracking number to directly contact carrier to change address. Else, we will need to wait for carrier to deem package undeliverable and return to Zno. Upon receipt we'll gladly reship.
If your order is still 'In Production' and not bulk shipped to our distribution center, we will be able to change your shipping address for you.
If your order has a status of 'Shipped', the shipping address cannot be changed.
