If you would like to reorder an exact copy of your album, book, frame, canvas, etc, please visit our website.
Login to your account and go to your My Projects page. Then click on the 'Reorder' link next to your project. This will add the identical project to your shopping cart. Then you can complete the checkout to submit your order.
If you require to make any changes to your project before reordering, please click the “View” button next to your project. This will open your project in Zno Designer. Then click the "Clone" button at the header. This will save your project under a new name so you can make changes. Once your changes are complete, add the project to your shopping cart and checkout to submit your order.
If the “Clone” feature is not available, and you would like to make changes to an already submitted project, you will need to start over
The Reorder function is not available in the Zno mobile app.
