All orders can be shipped directly to your client. We do not include an invoice or packing list inside. Be sure to enter your client's shipping address when you submit your order. If you need to change your shipping address after you've submitted your order, please send an email to support@zno.com and include your order number, and the correct address within 1 hour of submitting your order.
By selecting the Drop Ship Service though, we will ensure to NOT include any marketing materials and use a non-branded packaging box. There is a $5 fee for this service. This service is available to our Pro Plan members only.
