Drop shipping (Sometimes called Blind Shipping or White Label shipping) is a service where we ship directly to your client without any invoice or packing list.
All orders placed with us can be shipped directly to your client.
To ship to directly to your client, please be sure to enter your client's address as the ship-to address when you submit your order. We NEVER include any invoicing or packing information. However, the package may ship in Zno branded packaging and include Zno marketing material.
Our Zno Designer Pro Plan members have the option to select "Drop Ship Service," which ensures that we will NEVER include any marketing materials and ONLY use a non-branded packaging box for your order. There is a $5 fee for this service.
To change your shipping address after you've submitted your order, please send an email to support@zno.com and include your order number, and the correct address within 1 hour of submitting it.
