Q: What is the Pro Plan?
A: The Pro Plan is our way to give back to the Professional Photographers and offer something more. Here are the benefits to joining our Pro Plan.
1) Savings: You will receive store credit based on your qualified purchases. The more you spend the more you save!
2) Free Standard Shipping for orders over $200USD. You are eligible for Free Standard Shipping when your order subtotal is $200USD or more after discount but before store credit is applied. For other currencies, download attachment below.
3) Custom make your own studio samples at 50% off such as Flush Mount Albums, Fine Art Album, Album Set Collection, or Prints Set Collection.
4) 50% Off Material Swatch Box
5) Request Drop Shipping service to ship directly to your client without Zno packaging material.
Q: Is the Pro Plan required to submit an order?
A: No, you do not need to be a Pro Plan member to order from Zno.
Q: What is the requirement to join the Pro Plan?
A: The Pro Plan requires an annual $60USD fee to join. This annual fee of $60USD is non-refundable and will automatically renew yearly until you cancel the Pro Plan.
Q: When will I be charged the $60USD fee?
A: At time of signup, the $60USD will be collected from your credit card account. Then on the same date the following year, you will be automatically renewed and another $60USD fee will be collected.To avoid automatic renewal, cancel your Pro Plan before your year ends. To learn your sign up date, visit your My Pro Plan page.
Q: How or when can I cancel my Pro Plan?
A: You can cancel your Pro Plan anytime, but the $60USD fee is not refundable. To cancel your Pro Plan, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Do I get a discount on my order if I join the Pro Plan? How does the discount work?
A: There is no direct discount applied to your order for joining the Pro Plan. The discount is in the form of a store credit rebate you receive after you submit an order. Then you have three months to use this store credit rebate to towards a new order.
Q: How do you calculate the store credit?
A: Your store credit is automatically calculated after your order is submitted based on your qualified purchase. It is based on a rolling 12 months purchase spend* starting on your Pro Plan Start Date. Once your rolling 12 months purchase spend* exceeds the maximum spend on a tier level, you will be automatically moved to the next level.
Here is an example:
I submit my first order totaling $500. Therefore, I get 10% back in store credit which is $50.
I submit a second order totaling $800 this time. Therefore, I get 10% back at $499 which is $49.90. Then 15% back at $301 which is $45.15 - so the total store credit for the second order is $95.35.
The maximum store credit you can be awarded at each tier level is as follow:
Tier 1 at 10%: $99.90
Tier 2 at 15%: $224.85
Tier 3 at 20%: $499.80
Tier 4 at 25%: (Annual Spend - $5000) * 25%
So your store credit rebate will be capped at each level until your purchase spend reaches that tier's maximum.
*The purchase spend is calculated based on your order total minus any shipping and tax.
Q: What is considered a qualified purchased?
A: A qualified purchase are items in your order such as your standard photobooks, frames, canvas products, presentation boxes, DVD cases, etc. All sample materials such as pre-made studio sample books, custom made studio sample books, test prints, or swatch rings are not eligible for store credit. Orders where a discount or store credit was applied, only the remaining balance will contribute to the purchase spend calculation.
Q: I just renewed my Pro Plan after a year. I was getting 25% back in store credit when my year was up, what do I have to do to maintain this tier level?
A: Your purchase spend is not reset to $0 after your Pro Plan renewal. To maintain the 25% tier level, your purchase spend must exceed $5000 in the last 12 months. Your purchase spend is calculated at every order based on the last 12 months time. For example, I submitted an order on June 1, 2016. Your rolling 12 months purchase spend will be calculated from June 2, 2015 thru June 1, 2016 to determine your tier level and your percentage of store credit to earn back.
Q: When do I receive my store credits?
A: Your store credit will be calculated automatically and be listed on your My Pro Plan page after your qualified purchase. But the new store credit will not be eligible for use until after 2 weeks, and will expire in 3 months after it becomes eligible.
Q: Are my previous orders eligible for the store credit rebate or Free Standard Shipping?
A: No, orders submitted before your Pro Plan start date will not be eligible for any of the Pro Plan benefits such as the store credit rebate or free Standard Shipping.
Q: Can I apply store credit to a previous or existing order?
A: No, store credit can only be applied to an order during the checkout process. It cannot be applied retro-actively.
Q: Can I request to have my store credit extended longer than 3 months?
A: No, store credit cannot be extended. Expired store credit will NOT be reissued. Email notification will be sent to notify you before the store credit expires.
Q: How many custom made samples can I order?
A: There is no limit to the number of custom made samples you can order.
