The Maker Plan was discontinued as of April 1, 2024. However, if you have any questions regarding any credits you may have accumulated under the Maker Plan, please contact support@zno.com.
Here are some commonly asked questions regarding the Maker Plan.
Q: How much is the Maker Plan?
A: For $20USD every 3 months, you will receive $30USD store credit to be used on any Zno products.
Q: When do I pay the $20USD?
A: You will be charged $20USD to your credit card at time of signup. At that time, a $30 Maker Plan store credit will be added to your account. Then the next payment of $20 will be in 3 months, and will continue every 3 months until you cancel plan. A credit card is required for signup. No other forms of payment such as PayPal or Zno store credit will be accepted.
Q: Do I get a discount on my order if I join? How does the discount work?
A: Maker Plan members get a discount in two ways:
1) The discount is in the $30 store credit received for your $20 payment.
2) Maker Plan members also get Maker Plan member only pricing for selected Zno products. There products are indicated by gray coin icon with the letter 'M' inside. This discount will always be better than the promotional discount eligible to all customers. Maker Plan members will always get this Maker Plan pricing at checkout, no coupon code required. Additional discounts will not apply towards these products. For a full list of Maker Plan Member Pricing products, click here.
Q: How do I use my Maker Plan credit at checkout?
