Maker Plan Terms and Conditions
1. Maker Plan Membership
The Maker Plan membership is a subscription program where for your $20.00USD payment every 3 months, a $30.00 store credit will be added to your account. You will be charged $20.00USD to your credit card at time of signup. Then 3 months later, your credit card will automatically be charged for your next payment. This will continue every 3 months until you cancel the Maker Plan. A 6 month minimum commitment required. A credit card is required for signup. No other forms of payment such as PayPal or Zno store credit will be accepted.
For every $20.00 payment received, $30.00 store credit will automatically be added to your account. This $30.00 store credit will expire 6 months from payment date. Any expired Maker Plan store credit will not roll over. Store credit can be used on any product offered by Zno. Store credit cannot be applied on shipping charges or taxes (if any) collected. Store credit cannot be applied towards any membership payments such as Pro Plan or Maker Plan.
2. Maker Plan Benefits
2.1 Maker Plan Store Credit
For each $20 payment, a $30 Maker Plan store credit will be added to your account. This store credit will expire 6 months from payment date. Expired Maker Plan store credit will not rollover and will not be refunded.
Maker Plan store credit can be applied towards any Zno product. It can be used in conjunction with regular coupon code promotions for additional savings.
2.2 Maker Plan Members-Only Pricing
Selected Zno products are available at a permanent discounted price. No coupon code required. Additional discounts will not apply for these products.
3. Billing and Cancellation
3.1 Billing Cycle
Your credit card will automatically be charged $20.00USD every 3 months from date of signup to the Maker Plan. To see when your next payment date is, visit zno.com website and click on your My Maker Plan page.
3.2 Payment Method
We only accept credit card payment for the Maker Plan. In the event a payment was declined due to errors such as expired credit card or if a new credit card was issued to customer, we may automatically update your credit card information. Our payment processing platform works with the card networks such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover to automatically attempt to update saved credit cards as long as your account information remains the same. Following update, you authorize Zno to continue to charge payment to continue your Maker Plan membership. No other forms of payment such as PayPal or Zno store credit will be accepted.
3.3 Cancellation
We strive to provide exceptional value for subscribers by giving substantial product value for free in addition to the Maker Plan benefits. While most users enjoy the value of our offer, some abuse our value system by immediate cancellation or even repeated signup and cancellation. To prevent abuse, a 6 month minimum commitment required and all cancellation requests are subject to approval. Refunds will not be provided for any Maker Plan payments made or for any unused Maker Plan store credit. Upon cancellation, any future Maker Plan payments will be stopped. To request cancellation of your Maker Plan, please email support@zno.com and include your Zno account email address.
You are responsible for ensuring unused subscription store credit to be used before cancellation. Following cancellation, any unused Maker Plan store credit will be removed from our system.
You are not eligible to subscribe to the Maker Plan again once your Maker Plan is cancelled.
3.4 Changes to the Plan
We reserve the right to update the Maker Plan subscription or change pricing at any time. Any changes to your Maker Plan subscription will take effect after email notification to you.
3.5 No Refunds
Maker Plan payments are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be provided for any unused or expired Maker Plan store credit.
