If you are unhappy with the order you received, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Reports made to the Support team over the phone will not be accepted to initiate the reprint process. Pictures are required to demonstrate the defect or damage.
In your email, please include:
1) Name on the account
2) Order number
3) Name of your project or product
4) Describe the issue. Please include pictures of the product you received that demonstrates the issue.
-If your product is damaged, please take a picture to show the damage.
-If you received the wrong product, please take a picture to show what you received instead.
-If it is an issue with printing, color, etc, please take pictures to show the problem or show comparison shots of what is correct and wrong.
Pictures are required in order for the support team to review and compare what was ordered and what was made and delivered to you. If it was an issue as a result of manufacturing or packaging, we will order a reprint of your project to be made and shipped to you. A new reprint will not be ordered without pictures.
