This step is optional, but if you are going to send many e-mails, it does help to use a template.
You can set up a template by going to your workspace, then to “Settings” under Gallery, and then “e-mail” and select “add e-mail template” This will create a pre-generated template for the body of your e-mail that might assist in sending these messages out.
To Send an e-mail, you want to go into your workspace, then to collections under gallery on the left panel.
When in collections, select the collection that you wish to send your e-mail about.
When it opens up, select “share” on the top right
From here, an e-mail screen will pop up.
As you can see, here we input the template we made before, but you can also bypass this process and type a custom message.
Once you have input information into the fields at the left, you can select “Send Invite.” This will send the e-mail out! We recommend you send it to yourself first for a test run so that you know what your clients are seeing.
