If you are unhappy with the order you received, please include the following information in your email:
1) Name on the account
2) Order number
3) Name of your project or product
4) Describe the issue. Please include pictures of the product you received that demonstrates the issue.
-If your product is damaged, please take a picture to show the damage.
-If you received the wrong product, please take a picture to show what you received instead.
-If it is an issue with printing, color, etc, please take pictures to show the problem or show comparison shots of what is correct and wrong.
Pictures are required so that the support team can compare and review what was ordered and what was made. If it is an issue due to manufacturing or shipping, we will order a reprint of your product as originally submitted to be made and shipped to you. A new reprint will not be ordered without pictures.
Emails are responded to in the order they are received. We strive to get back to you as soon as we can but please allow 1-2 business day to receive a reply.
