We are excited to introduce our improved customer loyalty program for professional photographers, Pro Plan. This new Pro Plan offers higher discounts you know and love from Zno in a stream-lined format that makes it even easier to save.
This new Pro Plan is FREE! There are no annual or monthly subscription payments. You apply by submitting your application with your basic contact information and a link to your studio website or portfolio. Within two business days, we will email you to inform you if you were approved or not. This plan is for professional photographers only.
Once approved for this new Pro Plan, you can immediately take advantage of all Pro Plan benefits which includes a product discount starting at 25% off, 50% off custom studio samples, 50% off the Material Swatch Box, $5 for the Standard Sample Pack and drop shipping to your clients. All discounts are applied at checkout. No code is required. The best part of the Pro Plan is that your product discount increases based on how much you’ve spent with us over the past 90 days. Pro Plan members are not eligible to apply additional promotional discounts to their order.
You receive 25% off on your order if you’ve spent $0-$999.99USD with us in the last 90 days. That discount increases to 30% off on your order when you’ve spent $1000-$1999.99USD in the last 90 days. The discount maxes out at 35% off on your order when you’ve spent $2000+USD with us in the past 90 days. Your order spend excludes store credit applied to your order, shipping and taxes.
This new Pro Plan will replace the Maker Plan and the ‘old’ Pro Plan. All subscriptions to the Maker Plan and old Pro Plan will be canceled on April 1, 2024. No refunds will be issued for any previous subscription payments. For old Pro Plan members, a prorated store credit of your Pro Plan fee for the remaining subscription period will be added to your Zno account. Any store credits you earned from Maker Plan and old Pro Plan will remain in your account for use until their expiration date.
