Zno Designer Pro Plan Billing and Cancellation FAQ
Billing Cycle
Your credit card will automatically be charged $60 USD every year on the anniversary of the date of signup to the Zno Designer Pro Plan. To see when your next payment date is please, visit zno.com, log into your account, hover over "My Stuff" at the top right hand side of the screen and in the drop down menu click on "My Subscriptions."
Payment Method
We only accept credit card payments for the Pro Plan. In the event a payment was declined due to errors such as expired credit card or if a new credit card was issued to customer, we may automatically update your credit card information.
Our payment processing platform works with credit card networks such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover to automatically attempt to update saved credit cards as long as the account information remains the same. Following any updates, you authorize Zno to continue to charge payment to continue your Pro Plan subscription. No other forms of payment such as PayPal or Zno store credit are accepted to pay for a Pro Plan subscription.
Cancellation
To request cancellation of your Pro Plan, please email support@zno.com and include the email address your Zno account is under.
Changes to the Pro Plan
We reserve the right to update the Pro Plan subscription or change pricing at any time. Any changes to your Pro Plan subscription will take effect after you are notified by email.
No Refunds
Pro Plan payments are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be provided for any unused or expired Pro Plan store credit.
